Shipping & Collection

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible!

Once shipped, our usual delivery time is within 2-3 business days.

Regional areas can take up to 4-5 business days.

For local Cape Town suburbs, you can expect to receive your order the next day, and in some cases, even on the same day that you place your order!

Orders are processed and packed 5 days a week during trading hours. Orders placed before 2pm on Mondays to Fridays are shipped out the same day.

Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. Public holidays may affect delivery times.

What courier company do you use?

We use The Courier Guy for regional areas and our personal driver for local Cape Town suburbs.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.

Collection times:
Mondays – Fridays, 08:00 – 16:00 (excluding holidays).
